Say if I update the tags on one album (in mediamonkey) of my 650 and update the library get the feeling that xbmc rescans and try to update all artist information from theaudiodb.

So far, "Library Mode" is blacked out and I am unable to select it.

Is this the feature that I need to have running to view my content in the same style as Sapphire?

Switch to TMDB scraper, or wait for an update to the scraper (could be a while).

My music library is approx 200 artists, 650 albums and 7500 songs which i don't consider large in any way but in general responds very slow on all actions I do on it. Is there a quick way to update the library Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.

just an fyi for someone that stumbles upon this thread.

I've restarted my pc and xbmc several times without any luck.

I'm running win7 with xbmc 11.0 and have a mapped drive which reads the movies from my qnap nas.

I have each of my 600 movies in their own folders for example 'Ted (2012)', each folder contains the movie file, folder.jpg, and and this system has always worked for me up until now.

All of my movies added to the library before today play as normal.

I thought I'd try to remove an existing movie and use the 'Update library' to add it in again to see if that worked.
